摘    要:目的:观察大鼠暴露于8Hz,130dB次声不同时间后肾及肾上腺的病理改变,并探讨损伤意义。方法:将36只大鼠随机分为6组,分别为对照组(1组)与次声暴露实验组(5组),每组6只。给实验组以8Hz,130dB次声作用分别持续1,7,14,21和28d,2h/d,取动物标本,常规HE染色显微镜下观察大鼠肾及肾上腺组织的病理改变。结果:经过暴露于8Hz,130dB次声后,大鼠肾上腺结构同对照组,仅细胞内脂滴增加,增加程度与暴露时间有关。实验组大鼠与对照组相比,明显出现肾血管扩张充血,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀,其程度亦与暴露时间有关。结论:次声可引起肾脏及肾上腺组织的损伤,损伤和次声暴露时间有关。
