| 摘 要： | 目的通过对结肠息肉及结肠癌疾病的分析,强调结肠镜在结肠癌的早期诊治及早期预防中的意义。方法回顾性对我院多年来617例结肠镜检查中所发现的结肠息肉及结肠癌病例进行分析。结果共检出息肉134例（占21.7%）、结肠癌35例（占5.67%）,结肠息肉及结肠癌均好发于直、乙状结肠。结论结肠镜检查能提高结肠息肉的早期干预治疗,强调结肠镜在结肠癌早期诊治的作用（有助于提高结直肠癌的防治）。

| Abstract: | Objective Through the analysis of colon polyps and colon cancer,emphasizing the early colonoscopy in colon cancer prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of meaning.Methods A retrospective over the years in our hospital 617 cases of colonoscopy found in the colon polyps and colon cancer cases for analysis.Results Among 134 patients with polyps （21.7%）,colon cancer 35 cases（accounting for 5.67%）,colon polyps and colon cancer are better made in the straight,sigmoid colon.Conclusion Colonoscopy can improve early intervention treatment of colon polyps,emphasizing early diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer colonoscopy role（junction live help to improve prevention and treatment of colon cancer）. |
