稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗老年人室性心律失常的临床效果观察

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗老年人室性心律失常的临床效果。方法资料入选2011年1月—2012年6月间门诊收治的140例室性心律失常患者,其中室性早搏68例,室上性早搏72例,将其随机单盲分为观察组与对照组,各70例,对照组在常规治疗基础上口服胺碘酮,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用稳心颗粒,4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察并对比两组心律失常治疗效果及药物不良反应。结果①观察组显效率(62.9%)与总体有效率(94.3%)均高于对照组(35.7%、83.9%),且差别具有统计学意义(P1=0.001、P2=0.034);②两组窦性心动过缓发生率分别为10.0%(7例)、8.6%(6例),差异不无统计学意义(χ2=0.085,P=0.071);其余不良反应多为胃肠道症状,均自行缓解。结论稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常效果可靠,但联合用药中需注意心动过缓的发生。

Observation on Clinical Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Amio- darone in Treatment of Senile Ventricular Arrhythmias

Objective The paper is to have and observation on clinical effect of wenxin granule combined with amiodarone in treatment of senile ventricular arrhythmias. Methods 140 admitted cases with ventricular arrhythmias ranging from Jan.2011 to Jun.2012 were randomized into observational group and control group,and each with 70 cases, two groups were given routine treat- ment and oral amiodarone,based on which observational group was added with wenxin granule, 4 weeks for 1 courses, after which clinical effect and adverse drug reaction were noted and compared. Results （1）Observational group whose significant efficiency （62.9%） and overall efficiency（94.3%） were higher than that of control group（35.7%,83.9%）, and the difference was significant （P= 0.001,P=0.034）.（2）Two groups whose incidence rate of of sinus bradycardia were 10% （nl=7）,8.6%（n2=6） respectively, the differ- ence was not statistically significant （X2=0.085,P=0.071）; the remaining adverse reactions were mainly gastrointestinal symptoms, which were all relieved without special treatment. Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with amiodarone in treatment of senile ventricular arrhythmia whose effect is reliable, however, special attention should be paid to incidence of sinus bradycardia.
