益气养阴活血方在慢性萎缩性胃炎中的临床效果研究

目的：探究益气养阴活血方在慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院2015年6月-2016年6月110例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,均给于常规护理,其中对照组55例给予维酶素、胃蛋白酶口服液等常规西医治疗,实验组55例患者给予益气养阴活血方进行治疗。1个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的临床治疗效果。结果实验组有28例治愈,实验组总有效率为96.4%,明显高出对照组总有效率为87.3%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论根据慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床表现,病程进展、体质状况进行系统的把握,辨证论治,给予益气养阴活血方治疗,能有效提高患者的临床治愈率,缓解慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病进展,对减轻患者胃痛、胃酸等症状,提高患者的生活质量具有着重要的意义。

Study On the Clinical Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
