跟骨骨折内固定术后的伤口并发症因素分析

目的：探讨研究和确定跟骨骨折内固定治疗伤口并发症的发生及危险因素。方法总结该院2011年1月＿2015年12月收治的跟骨骨折35例患者,均行外侧入路切开复位内固定术进行骨折治疗,观察切口愈合情况。结果35例跟骨骨折均获随访,6例出现切口并发症,其中皮缘部分坏死3例、血肿1例,切口裂开2例,并发症发生率17.1%。结论吸烟、糖尿病、手术技巧、手术时间、止血带时间与伤口并发症的发生发展密切相关。

Risk Factors for Postoperative Wound Complications of Calcaneal Fractures Following Plate Fixation

Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the incidence and risk factors of internal fixa-tion for the treatment of wound complications. Methods Summary of our hospital in January 2011 to December 2015, 35 cases of calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with lateral approach, and the wound healing was observed.Results The 35 cases of calcaneal fractures were followed up, 6 cases of incision complications, in-cluding 3 cases of partial necrosis of the skin, 1 cases of hematoma, 2 case of incision rupture, the incidence of complica-tions was 17.1%. Conclusion Smoking, diabetes, surgical skills, operative time, tourniquet time are closely related to the occurrence of wound complications.
