老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发自发性气胸的临床护理分析

目的探索老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸的有效护理措施。方法将收集到的68例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,两组均给予常规治疗手段及常规护理方法,治疗组同时采用心理干预护理。结果经过治疗后,两组患者临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.9102>0.05);通过护理干预后,两组患者抑郁情况比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.0353<0.05)。结论加强老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸患者的基础疾病治疗,细心护理,积极预防并发症,并给予心理健康干预护理方法,可以有效改善患者情绪,改善患者生活质量。
