面部清创术中两种皮肤缝合法的疗效对比分析

目的研究分析皮下间断缝合法和间断外翻缝合法在面部清创术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2010年1月—2012年12月在该院进行皮肤缝合的110例面部创伤患者,按随机分组原则分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者进行皮下间断缝合法,对照组进行间断外翻缝合法,通过比较两组患者伤口愈合效果和瘢痕明显程度进行效果评价。结果实验组患者伤后愈合优良率明显高于对照组的,实验组愈合伤口影响美观者比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在面部清创术中应用皮下间断缝合法,临床效果显著,缝合后伤口愈合度较好,伤口愈合对美容负面影响小,建议在临床推广应用。

Comparison and Observation of the Efficacy Between Two Kinds of Skin Su-ture in Facial Debridement

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of subcutaneous interrupted suture and intermittent eversion suture in facial debridement. Methods 110 cases with facial trauma underwent skin suture in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of random grouping. The experimental group underwent subcutaneous interrupted suture, and the control group underwent intermittent eversion suture. The effect was evaluated by comparing the wound healing and the degree of scar of the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of wound healing of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the rate of patients with wound healing affecting appearance of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Subcutaneous interrupted suture applied to facial debridement has remarkable clinical effect, the degree of wound healing after suture is better with less negative effect on beauty, which is recommended to be promoted and applied clinically.
