双源CT低剂量扫描在诊断儿童腺样体肥大中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 对双源CT低剂量扫描在儿童腺样体肥大诊断中的应用价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床诊断工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法 抽取在2011年1月-2013年12月间该院收治的临床确诊腺样体肥大儿童患者76例,将其按照入院时间顺序分成对照组和观察组,对照组接受双源CT常规剂量扫描,观察组则是接受双源CT低剂量扫描,对这两组患者图像质量、辐射剂量和诊断结果 进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者对鼻咽部解剖结果 的显示效果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两组患儿腺样体CT值和辐射剂量比较存在差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 经双源CT低剂量扫描可对儿童腺样体肥大做出准确的诊断,且其安全性较常规剂量扫描更高,临床诊断价值显著,值得关注并推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate and analyze the application value of dual-source CT low-dose scanning in the diagnosis of adenoidal hypertrophy in children, so as to provide reliable reference for future clinical diagnostic work. Methods 76 cases of children clinically diagnosed as adenoidal hypertrophy admitted in our hospital from January, 2011 to December, 2013 were extracted. And they were divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the order of admission. The control group was given dual-source CT conventional-dose scanning, and the observation group was given dual-source CT low-dose scanning, the image quality, radiation dose and diagnostic results of both groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the result of nasopharyngeal anatomy display between the observation group and the control group ( P〉0.05), but the difference in adenoid CT value and radiation dose between the two groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The dual-source CT low-dose scanning can make an accurate diagnosis of adenoidal hypertrophy in children, and its security is higher than that of conventional dose scanning with clinically significant diagnostic value, which is worthy of attention and promotion.
