颈椎磁共振屈伸位成像对青年颈椎病早期诊断价值

摘    要:目的在1.5T高场强磁共振上对颈椎进行屈伸位磁共振成像,探讨磁共振多体位成像在颈椎病早期诊断中的价值及其对颈椎病防治的指导意义。方法采用1.5T高场磁共振成像仪对早期颈椎病患者进行颈椎前屈位、中性自然位及后伸位成像,分析屈伸位成像对颈椎序列、椎间盘及黄韧带等潜在颈椎致病因素的显示情况。结果 30例早期颈椎退变的年轻患者屈伸位成像发现颈椎病患者出现不同程度颈椎欠稳。前屈位显示新增椎间盘突出17.33%(26/150);后伸位较中位新增椎间盘突出20.00%(30/150)。后伸位尚可见新增黄韧带增厚5例。结论磁共振颈椎屈伸位成像提供了一种更为全面而准确的非侵袭性颈椎检查方式,可以早期发现潜在的颈椎病致病因素,对于颈椎病的早期发现和早期治疗具有积极实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To preliminary study the value of MR flex-extend scanning in the early diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.Methods The cervical spines of 30 cervical spondylosis patients were examined in 1.5T MR at multi-position:flexion position,neutral position and extension position.The difference of cervical spines of MR imaging were to statistics analyses.Results The cervical instability of 30 cases of cervical spondylosis patients were aggravating in flexion-extension position.26 intervertebral discs (17.33%) were emerging.30 intervertebral discs(20.00%) were emerging.5 patients's ligamentum flavum were thickening in extension position.Conclusion The MR flex-extend scanning of cervical spine could provid an allround and precise examination,to obtain early precise diagnosis of cervical spondylosis from appearance and function.
