呼吸减痛法在自然分娩中的应用与效果观察

目的研究呼吸减痛法在自然分娩中的应用以及临床效果的观察。方法选取2012年5月-2013年5月该院接收的足月妊娠自然分娩产妇180例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组90例，对照组给予产科常规护理，研究组在对照组的基础上应用呼吸减痛法，比较两组产中疼痛程度、产程时间、产后出血和新生儿Apgar评分。结果研究组总产程时间、产中疼痛程度、产后出血以及新生儿Apgar评分均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论呼吸减痛法是一种简单、安全可靠、可以控制的分娩镇痛方法，临床疗效较好，值得推广应用。

The Application and Effect of Breathing Pain Relief Method in the Natural Childbirth

Objective To study the application of breathing pain relief method in natural childbirth and its clinical effect. Meth- ods 180 cases of puerperants with full-term pregnancy underwent natural childbirth admitted in our hospital from May, 2012 to May, 2013 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 90 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care, while the study group was given breathing pain relief method on the basis of routine obstetric care. The pain level, labor time, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total labor time, the degree of pain during labor, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal Apgar scores of the study group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Breathing pain relief method is simple, safe, reliable and manageable, and it has good clinical efficacy, which should be widely applied in clinical practice.
