营养支持对慢性阻塞性肺疾病营养不良患者肺功能的影响

目的探讨营养支持对合并营养不良的慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者肺功能的影响。方法 240例营养不良COPD患者随机均分为营养组和对照组,对照组使用抗生素和/或机械通气、支气管扩张剂、糖皮质激素等基础治疗。营养组加用了营养支持,2周后比较2组患者肺功能变化。结果入组时2组病人FEV1、FVC的比较,无显著差异（P〉0.05）,营养组治疗后FEV1、FVC明显改善,与治疗前比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）;对照组治疗后FEV1、FVC较治疗前有一定改善,但无显著差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后营养组FEV1、FVC均优于于对照组,有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论营养支持治疗可明显改善营养不良COPD患者肺功能。

Effect of the Lung Function of Patients with Malnutrition COPD by Nutritional Support Treatment

Objective Combination of malnutrition,nutritional support for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patients with pulmonary function.Methods 240 cases of malnutrytion in COPD patients were randomly dirided into nutrition group and the control group and the control group using antibiotiss and/or mchanical ventilation Bronchodilators,corticosteroids and other basic Neatmend.Nutrition group received nutritional support,2 weeks after the two groups were compared pulmonary function changes.Results Group of patients into two groups of FEV1,FVC comparision no significant difference（P0.05）,nutrition group after treatment,FEV1,FVC cmprve significantly compared with before Neatmend were significantly different（P0.01）;the control group after trearnment,FEV1,FVC had improved to some extent than before,but no significant difference（P0.05）,nutrition group after traetment FEV1,FVC were before than the control group were significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusion Nutritional support can significantly improve lung function in patients with COPD malnutrition.
