膝关节隐性骨折的MRI诊断及意义

目的：观察研究膝关节隐性骨折的MRI诊断及意义。方法整群选取2014年4月—2015年7月该院收治的49例膝关节隐性骨折患者纳入该研究,回顾性分析入组病例影像学资料,评估其损伤部位、损伤范围以及损伤程度。结果经MRI扫查发现,49例患者中共计98处隐性骨折病灶,其中一处骨折20例,二处骨折16例,三处骨折10例,四处骨折3例。按照损伤累及范围与损伤程度可将膝关节隐性骨折分为3种类型：隐性皮质下骨折、隐性骨皮质骨折、隐性骨软骨骨折。结论采用MRI扫查膝关节隐性骨折有利于准确诊断骨折类型以及骨折部位,可有效支持临床治疗方案的确定以及预后评估,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。

MRI Diagnosis and Significance of Occult Fracture Knee Joint

Objective To observe and research the MRI diagnosis and significance of occult fracture knee joint. Methods 49 cases of patients with occult fracture knee joint treated in our hospital from April 2014 to July 2014 were selected and the imaging data of the selected patients were retrospectively analyzed, the injured part, injured rang and injured degree were evaluated. Results The MRI scan showed that there were 98 occult fracture lesions in 49 cases of patients in total, a-mong them, 20 cases were with one fracture, 16 cases were with two fractures, 10 cases were with three fractures and 3 cases were with four fractures, the occult fracture knee joint can be divided into three types according to the injured range and injured degree, occult subcortical fracture, occult cortical bone fracture and occult bone cartilage fracture. Conclusion MRI scan of occult fracture knee joint is conducive to the accurate diagnosis of fracture type and fracture part and effec-tively support the determination of clinical treatment plans and prognosis evaluation with positive clinical significance, which is worthy of promotion and application.
