活络解郁方对脑出血术后患者血压、血脂的干预作用探讨

目的研究分析活络解郁方对脑出血术后患者血压及血脂的干预作用和应用价值。方法选取2012年8月—2014年8月在该院确诊收治的80例脑出血术后患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者给予洛伐他汀胶囊口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予活络解郁方进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后的血脂和血压变化情况,并作对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者较治疗前血脂水平和血压均有明显改善,观察组治疗后的血脂水平和血压显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论活络解郁方在脑出血术后患者的应用中具有较高的临床应用价值,能够明显提高治疗有效率,改善患者血压及血脂水平,值得临床大力推广。

Observation on the Intervention Effect of Activating Collaterals and Reliev- ing Depression Decoction on the Blood Pressure and Blood Lipid of Patients after Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgery

Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of Activating Collaterals and Relieving Depression Decoction on the blood pressure and blood lipid of patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and its application value. Methods 80 patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each. The control group were treated by oral medication of Lovastatin Capsules and the observation group were treated by Activating Collaterals and Relieving Depression Decoction based on the treatment given to the control group. And the clinical treatment effect, the blood lipid, blood pressure before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, much higher than 80% of the control group with a significant difference（P〈0.05）; the levels of blood lipid and blood pressure of both groups improved significantly compared with those before treatment, and after treatment; the levels of blood lipid and blood pressure of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Activating Collaterals and Relieving Depression Decoction has a higher clinical application value in the treatment of patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery, which can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and the levels of blood lipid and blood pressure of the patients, therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion vigorously.
