甘桔冰梅片治疗急性咽炎、扁桃体炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨甘桔冰梅片对急性咽炎、扁桃体炎的治疗效果。方法将137例急性咽炎、扁桃体炎患者随机分为研究组（n=69）和对照组（n=68）,研究组采用甘桔冰梅片治疗,对照组采用常规西医抗生素治疗;比较两组患者治疗总有效率,同时记录两组患者治疗平均时间和治疗期间花费的平均总费用。结果研究组治疗有效率为92.8%,对照组治疗有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组治疗平均时间为（26.2±4.4）d,对照组治疗平均时间为（34.1±5.9）d,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗平均总费用为（613.2±61.8）元,对照组治疗平均总费用为（990.5±89.3）元,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甘桔冰梅片对于急性咽炎、扁桃体炎具有良好的治疗效果,可促进患者康复,降低患者的医疗费用。

Observation on the Clinical effect of Ganjie Bingmei Tablet on Acute Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ganjie Bingmei Tablet on acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis. Methods 137 patients with acute pharyngitis or tonsillitis were randomly divided into the study group（n=69） and the control group（n=68）. Ganjie Bingmei Tablet was given to the study group for treatment, and conventional western antibiotics were given to the control group.The total effective efficiency on acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis of two groups was compared. The average treatment time and cost of the two groups were also recorded. Results The effective efficiency of the study group and the control group was 92.8%, 75.0%,respectively. The difference between the two groups in effective efficiency was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The average treatment time of the study group and the control group was（26.2±4.4）d,（34.1±5.9）d, respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The average total cost of the study group and the control group was（613.2±61.8）yuan,（990.5±89.3）yuan, respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P 0.05. Conclusion Ganjie Bingmei Tablet has good therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis, which can promote the rehabilitation of the patients and reduce the cost of treatment.
