替吉奥维持治疗晚期大肠癌的临床分析

目的探讨晚期大肠癌经联合化疗控制后替吉奥维持治疗的临床疗效。方法 66例晚期大肠癌患者联合化疗控制瘤体后分成两组,治疗组36例给予替吉奥维持治疗,对照组30例给予随访观察,评估两组的近期疗效、无进展生存期及替吉奥的不良反应。结果替吉奥维持治疗36例患者中位PFS 11.2月,对照随访观察组30例患者中位PFS 6.9月。结论晚期大肠癌联合化疗后给予维持治疗可获得较长的PFS,值得进一步研究维持治疗的临床价值。

Clinical Analysis of S-1 Maintenance Therapy for Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective The study aims to investigate the clinical curative effect of S-1 maintenance therapy for advanced colorectal cancer controlled by combination chemotherapy. Methods 66 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were divided into two groups after the tumor of them was controlled by the combination chemotherapy. 36 cases in the treatment group were given S-1maintenance therapy. And 30 cases in the control group were given the follow-up observation. The short-term efficacy, progression free survival（PFS） of the two groups and adverse reactions of S-1 were evaluated. Results The median PFS time for 36 patients receiving S-1 maintenance therapy was 11.2 months and that of the 30 patients receiving follow-up observation in the control group was 6.9 months. Conclusion Patients with advanced colorectal cancer after combination chemotherapy can obtain longer PFS after being given maintenance therapy. And it is worthwhile to further evaluate the clinical value of maintenance therapy.
