| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔胆囊切除术后的护理效果。方法对220例病例进行术后护理,包括病者的心理状态,切口护理,引流管护理,疼痛护理,并发症观察与护理等。结果患者配合护理与治疗,减轻疼痛及无并发症的发生。结论加强腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的观察与护理,能及时发现患者不适,处理并发症,更好促进病情治愈,减少住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A number of 220 patients with gall-bladder disease in our hospital were performed LC and appropriate perioperative nursing was adopted including the psychological state of the sick,the incision care,the tube nursing,pain nursing complications,observation and nursing,etc.Results Patients with care and treatment,alleviating pain and no complications.Patients recovered after careful nursing.Conclusion Pay attention to perioperative nursing measures and postoperative observation of patients conditions can increase the succesful rate of LC. |
