血液净化治疗技术在急诊重度有机磷中毒中的可行性及安全性

目的研究血液净化治疗重度有机磷中毒的可行性与安全性。方法将78例重度有机磷中毒的患者随机分为观察组39例和对照组39例,对照组患者进行常规抢救治疗,观察组患者进行常规治疗外给予血液净化治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者抢救成功率（97.4%）明显高于对照组,而阿托平用量、自主呼吸、ChE恢复、意识恢复以及住院时间均显著缩短,同时肝脏损伤、肾脏损伤、呼吸衰竭的发生率也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急诊中采用血液净化治疗重度的有机磷中毒患者疗效确切,患者预后且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广使用。

The Feasibility and Safety of Blood Purification Treatment Technology in Emergency Treatment of Severe Organophosphorus Poisoning

Objective To study the feasibility and safety of blood purification in the treatment of severe organophosphorus poisoning, Methods 78 patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning were randomly divided into the observation group with 39 cases and control group with 39 cases, the control group were treated with routine rescue treatment, the observation group were given routine rescue therapy combined with blood purification treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The success rate of rescue of the observation group was 97.4%, significantly higher than that of the control group; compared with the control group, and the observation group＇s atropine dosage was less, the time of mechanical ventilation, ChE recovery, recovery of consciousness and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter, at the same time, the incidence of liver damage, kidney damage, respiratory failure was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Blood purification treatment in the emergency department for patients with severe organophogphorus poisoning has good curative effect, the prognosis of the patients is good with high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
