股骨远端解剖型钢板治疗股骨下端骨折临床体会

目的探讨应用股骨远端解剖型钢板治疗股骨下端骨折的临床疗效。方法 2003年1月至2008年4月我院对22例股骨下端骨折应用股骨远端解剖型钢板进行内固定治疗。结果经平均1.3年随访观察,所有骨折全部骨性愈合。功能恢复按Merchan等提出的功能评定标准,优8例,良10例,中2例,差2例,优良率82%。结论股骨远端解剖型钢板具有手术操作简单、固定可靠、可使患者早期活动膝关节、防止肌肉萎缩和关节僵硬等优点,是一种治疗股骨下端骨折的有效方法,可用于A型和部分C型骨折的治疗。

Clinical Experience of Treatment of Distal End of the Femur Fracture with Distal Femur Dissecting Plate

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of distal end of the femur fracture with distal femur dissection plate.Methods From January 2003 to April 2008,22 cases of distal end of the femur fracture were fixed by distal femur dissection plate.Results The mean follow-up time was 1.3 years.All cases got bony union.According to Merchan’s evauation criteria of therapeutic efficiency,The function of knee was excellent in 8 cases,good in 10 cases,fair in 2cases,poor in 2cases.The excellent and good rate was 82%.Conclusion The distal femur dissection plate for distal end of the femur fracture is an excellent alternative with simple performance,strong biomechanical fixation,early functional training.It was a effeciancy method for fracture of distal end of the femur,especially for type A and partially C fracture.
