| 摘 要： | 目的探讨采用肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）微创手术治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法 2008年1月—2012年7月间对25例老年肱骨近端骨折采用肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）微创手术治疗。根据NEER分类,二部分骨折10例,三部分骨折15例。结果该组25例患者均获随访,随访时间6～12个月,平均10个月。采用NEER评分：优12例,良11例,可2例,优良率为92%。结论采用肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）微创手术治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折,具有创伤小、固定牢固、能够早期功能锻炼的优点,治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive treatment of gerontal proximal humerus fractures with locking proximal humerus plate（LPHP）.Methods From January 2008 to July 2012,25 cases of gerontal proximal humerus fractures were treated with MIPPO with LPHP.According to Neer classification,10cases had two-part fractures,15 had three-part fractures.Results 25 cases were followed up ranging from 6 to 12 months with an average of 10 months.The functional results of the shoulder,according to Neer scores,were classified as excellent in 12 cases,good in 11 cases and fair in 2 cases,with an average score was 92%.Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of gerontal proximal humerus fractures with LPHP shows good results for treating gerontal proximal humerus fractures. |
