比较手术与石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折疗效

目的：观察研究手术与石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院骨科于2007年10月—2015年10月例收治的50例桡骨远端骨折患者分为对照组(25例)与实验组(25例)。对照组行石膏外固定，实验组采取掌侧锁定加压钢板内固定。评估两组疗效与患肢活动度。结果实验组手术总有效率为96.0%，较对照组80.0%更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论桡骨远端骨折治疗方案中，手术内固定疗效较石膏外固定更佳，更有利于患者术后康复，建议临床合理应用。

Comparing Surgery with Instability Plaster External Fixation for the Treat-ment of Distal Radius Fracture Curative Effect

Objective To observe the surgery and instability plaster external fixation for the treatment of distal radius frac-tures of the clinical curative effect. Methods Convenient selection our hospital orthopaedics in October 2007—October 2015 were 50 of the distal radius fracture patients were divided into control group (25 cases) and the experimental group (25 cases). The control line plaster external fixation, the experimental group to volar locking compression plate internal fix-ation. Evaluation of two groups of curative effect and limb activity. Results The total effective rate was 96.0%, higher than the control group 80.0%, both exist significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of distal radius fractures, surgical internal fixation of plaster external fixation for better efficacy, more conducive to patients with postoperative reha-bilitation, suggested that clinical reasonable application.
