镇痛电子治疗仪在分娩镇痛中应用效果分析及护理对策

目的：探讨镇痛电子治疗仪在分娩镇痛中的镇痛效果及护理。方法方便选择2015年7一12月在该院产科分娩的产妇200例,100位自愿选择使用镇痛电子治疗仪进行分娩镇痛的产妇作为观察组,另选择100位未使用镇痛电子治疗仪进行分娩镇痛的产妇作为对照组,对两组产妇的疼痛程度、活跃期时间、分娩出血量及新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果两组比较在镇痛效果评分采用ridit分析结果显示观察组R=0.3766,对照组R=0.6234,P＜0.05,镇痛效果显著；在缩短产程时间分娩有明显效果,观察组活跃期平均时间(156.23±48.38）,对照组活跃期平均时间(328.45±59.38）,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。分娩出血量及新生儿Apgar评分方面差异无统计学意义。结论镇痛电子治疗仪在降低分娩疼痛,缩短产程时间有明显效果,但良好的护理是保证镇痛治疗效果的关键。

Electronic Analgesic Therapy Device Application Effect Analysis in Labor Pain Relief and Nursing Measures

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of the analgesic treatment of electronic instrument and care in la-bor analgesia. Results. The results of the two groups in the rates adopted ridit analgesic effect analysis showed that the obser-vation group R = 0.3766, the control group R = 0.6234, P<0.05, significant analgesic effect; shorten labor time delivery have a significant effect, the observation group the average time of active(156.23±48.38), the average time of the active con-trol group(328.45 ±59.38), P<0.05, significant difference. No significant difference in the amount of bleeding and childbirth Apgar score regard. Conclusion Analgesic therapy device in the electronic key to reducing labor pain, shortening the dura-tion of labor has a significant effect, but good care is to ensure the analgesic therapeutic effect.
