| 摘 要： | 目的：探析利培酮与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的88例精神分裂症患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各为44例,治疗组采取齐拉西酮治疗,对照组给予利培酮治疗,对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后PANSS评分(45.3±7.8)分,与对照组(55.6±6.3)分比较差异明显,P<0.05；治疗组不良反应发生率43.18%与对照组63.64%比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效优于利培酮,不良反应少,值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Efficacy of risperidone and ziprasidone treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Group selection our hospital in January 2013 - December 2015 were treated 88 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treat-ment group and the control group, 44 cases, the treatment group taking ziprasidone treatment, the control group was given Lee risperidone treatment, compared two groups of therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.Results After treatment PANSS score (45.3 ±7.8) points, and the control group (55.6 ±6.3) min obvious difference, P <0.05; adverse reaction rate 43.18%63.64% compare with the control group significantly different,P<0.05 treatment group . Conclusion Ziprasidone treatment of schizophrenia is more effective than risperidone, adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application. |
