雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂保护动静脉内瘘的临床疗效分析

目的：比较分析雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂(以下简称金罗汉﹚与喜辽妥乳膏在保护动静脉内瘘静脉炎的临床差异。方法整群选取2014年6月―2015年12月间来广东武警总队医院就诊的151例患者随机分为对照组(61例﹚和治疗组(90例﹚，对照组患者使用喜辽妥乳膏进行涂抹治疗，观察组患者使用金罗汉进行涂抹治疗。观察患者的疼痛缓解时间，对患者临床效果进行评价，并记录40周内血流不足和内瘘栓塞发生情况。结果患者疼痛缓解时间(35.9±14.7﹚min VS (72.5±14.8﹚ min和临床疗效(48 h无炎症状态98.9% VS 83.6%﹚均治疗组都显著优于对照组；血流不足(0.14%VS 0.78%﹚和内瘘血栓形成(0%VS 0.4%﹚的发生比例，治疗组低于对照组，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05﹚。结论金罗汉在止痛、消炎等方面较喜辽妥起效更快。

The Clinical Protection Effect of Jokul Golden Arhat Acesodyne Liniment to Arteriovenous Internal Fistula

Objective To compare clinical effects between Jokul Golden Arhat Acesodyne Liniment and XiLiaotuo ointment in treatment of phlebitis of arteriovenous fistula (AVF﹚.Methods Group selection from June 2014 to December 2015,151 AVF phlebitis patients in Armed police corps hospital in guangdong randomly divided into control group and experiment group. All patients in control group were treated with XiLiaotuo ointment, experiment group with Jokul Golden Arhat Ace-sodyne Liniment. Relief time of pain and inflammation was obversed, blood flow insufficiency and embolism of internal fis-tula were recorded in 40 weeks. Results Patients with pain relief time (35.9 ± 14.7)min VS (72.5 ± 14.8)min and clinical outcomes (48 h no inflammation 98.9% VS 83.6%) treatment group were significantly better than the control group; less (0.14% VS 0.78%) and blood occurred in the proportion of fistula thrombosis (0 VS 0.4%), the treatment group than the control group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclution Jokul Golden Arhat Acesodyne Liniment is better than XiLiaotuo ointment in relieving pain and inflammation.
