常规MRCP检查用于胆囊结石患者行LC手术前的价值探讨

目的：在胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术前给予常规磁共振胰胆管造影，探讨其临床应用价值。方法采用随机数字表法选取该院于2014年3月—2016年3月期间收治入院的90例胆囊结石患者作为该次研究对象，纳入患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术前均接受常规磁共振胰胆管造影以及B型超声检查诊断胆总管结石情况，对比分析两种检查方法的诊断效果。结果常规磁共振胰胆管造影检查在胆总管结石中的诊断灵敏性（85.71%）、特异性（100.00%）以及准确度（97.78%）均显著高于B型超声检查。结论对胆囊结石患者术前行常规磁共振胰胆管造影可有效检出其胆总管结石情况，并能发现存在的胆道变异等情况，最大程度避免术中胆道损伤及术后胆总管结石残留的发生。

Routine MRCP Examination for Patients with Gallbladder Stone Row to Ex-plore the Value of the LC before the Operation

Objective In patients with gallstone laparoscopic gallbladder surgery before administering conventional magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography, explore its clinical value. Methods A random number table, our hospital in March 2014 to March 2016 admitted to hospital 90 cases of patients with gallstones as this study, included patients underwent be-fore laparoscopic cholecystectomy conventional magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography for the diagnosis and B-mode ultrasound diagnosis of common bile duct stones, the comparative analysis of the two methods. Results Conventional mag-netic resonance cholangiopancreatography examination in choledocholithiasis diagnostic sensitivity (85.71%), specificity (100.00%) and accuracy (97.78%) were significantly higher than B-mode ultrasound examination. Conclusion Former gall-bladder stones underwent routine preoperative magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography can effectively detect its com-mon bile duct stones, and to find the presence of biliary mutation, the maximum extent to avoid intraoperative and postoper-ative biliary choledocholithiasis residual damage occurs.
