老年功能性便秘采用乳果糖联合大黄贴治疗的效果分析

目的：研究乳果糖联合大黄穴贴治疗老年功能性便秘（FC）的临床疗效。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年12月期间该院收治的老年FC患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。对照组予以乳果糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以大黄穴贴治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的起效时间平均为（48.11±6.54）h,较对照组的（76.85±8.86）h明显缩短（P<0.05）；观察组的总有效率为95.65%（44/46）,较对照组的78.26%（36/46）明显提高（P<0.05）。结论乳果糖联合大黄穴贴治疗老年FC能够促进临床症状和体征的消退,提高临床疗效,且几乎无副作用,值得临床推广应用。
