糖皮质激素与红光治疗仪联合治疗寻常型天疱疮的临床分析

目的：分析寻常型天疱疮采用糖皮质激素联合红光治疗仪治疗的疗效。方法整群选取2015年1月—2016年2月该院收治的寻常型天疱疮共52例，抽签分两组。接受糖皮质激素有26例，入对照组；接受糖皮质激素和红光治疗仪联合治疗有26例，入实验组。对比两组激素用量、皮损消退时间及疗效安全性等。结果两组中实验组激素用量更少，（7.31±1.13)mg和（11.23±2.34)mg；皮损消退时间更短，（18.22±5.11)d和（25.37±5.43)d；治疗有效率更高，92.31%和80.77%；不良反应率低，11.54%和23.08%；差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05)。结论寻常型天疱疮采用糖皮质激素联合红光治疗仪治疗，效果确切，且不良反应较少，应予重视。

Clinical Analysis of Pemphigus Vulgaris Glucocorticoids Combination Ther-apy and Red Light Therapy Device

Objective To analyze pemphigus vulgaris glucocorticoid therapy combined with red light therapy device efficacy. Methods Annual January 2015 to 2016 February included a total of 52 cases of pemphigus vulgaris, divided into two groups by drawing lots. Glucocorticoid 26 patients, the control group; glucocorticoid therapy and red light therapy device combined with 26 cases, the experimental group. Compare the amount of two hormones, skin lesions subsided time and effi-cacy of security. Results The experimental group less hormone dosage groups, (7.31 ± 1.13) mg and (11.23 ± 2.34) mg;skin lesions subsided shorter, (18.22 ± 5.11) d and (25.37 ± 5.43) d;treatment efficiency higher, 92.31%and 80.77%; side reac-tion rate, 11.54% and 23.08%; there was significant difference (P ﹤0.05), possessed statistical significance. Conclusion Pemphigus vulgaris glucocorticoid therapy combined with red light therapy device, the exact effect, and fewer side effects, must be given.
