尤瑞克林对不同亚型急性脑梗死的效果探讨

目的：研究分析尤瑞克林对不同亚型急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法方便选取该院于2014年3月一2015年2月收治90例急性脑梗死患者应用OCSP分型分为对照组和观察组,对照组有40例,观察组急性脑梗死患者有50例,同时对照组中的急性脑梗死患者进行丹参治疗,观察组中的急性脑梗死患者在对照组基础上应用尤瑞克林针进行治疗,对两组患者临床效果进行比较。结果①两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义；②观察组患者临床有效率(80%）和对照组(60%）比较,观察组较高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论尤瑞克林不仅仅可以对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分进行改善,同时也有着安全用药特点,临床疗效较高。

The Effect of Urinary Kauidinogenase on Different Subtypes of Acute Cere-bral Infarction

Objective Observation on the effect analysis of Urinary Kauidinogenase in different subtypes of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Convenient selection our hospital in March 2014 to February 2015 were 90 cases of acute cerebral in-farction patients with OCSP type is divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in the control group, 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction group was observed, while the control group of patients with acute cerebral infarc-tion were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza, observation group in acute cerebral infarction patients in the control group on the basis of the application of urinary kallidinogenase needle treatment, to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results ①after treatment, the patients in the two groups of nerve function defect score lower than control group, P< 0.05, indicating statistically significant;② were observed in the group of patients with clinical efficiency (80%) and control group (60%) in comparison, observation group was higher, P< 0.05, the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion Uri-nary Kauidinogenase not only can improve the neurological function defect score of patients with acute cerebral infarction, but also has the characteristics of safe medication, the clinical curative effect is high.
