大株红景天注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

目的：分析急性脑梗死采取大株红景天注射液联合依达拉奉治疗的临床疗效。方法随机抽取2014年1月—2015年1月期间该院收治的96例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，按治疗方法的不同，有48例患者单纯接受依达拉奉治疗（对照组），有48例患者接受依达拉奉联合大株红景天注射液治疗（观察组），对两组患者的临床效果、神经功能改善情况及hs-CRP水平进行统计对比。结果观察组治疗后的hs-CRP水平（10.03±1.96）mmol/L，低于对照组（12.76±3.17）mmol/L，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分较对照组低，观察组有效率为45例（93.75%），高于对照组38例（79.17%），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对急性脑梗死患者的治疗，在依达拉奉治疗基础上联合大株红景天注射液治疗可改善患者的神经功能损伤，降低其病死率，在临床中具有良好的应用价值。

The Clinical Curative Effect of Sofren Injection Combined with Edaravone in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of acute cerebral infarction by sofren injection combined with edaravone treatment. Methods 96 cases were randomly selected patients with acute cerebral infarction as the research ob-ject, according to the different treatment methods, 48 patients underwent edaravone treatment (control group), 48 cases of patients received edaravone combined with Rhadiola extract injection treatment (observation group). The clinical effect of two groups of patients, nerve function improved and hs CRP levels of statistical comparison. Results Observation of the treatment group after the hs CRP level is lower than the control group, group compared with significant difference, with sta-tistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, edaravone treatment based on the joint line of Rhodiola injection in the treatment can improve the neurological injury and reduce the mortality rate in, in clinical has good application value.
