颅内压监测在高血压脑出血手术患者中的应用观察

摘    要:目的:为了提高高血压脑出血手术患者的治疗效果并减少各不良事件的发生率,研究和探讨治疗过程中实施颅内压监测的价值和意义。方法从2015年3月—2016年3月来该院治疗的高血压脑出血手术的患者中随机选取100例作为研究对象,并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组和对照组各50例,入组所有患者均常规给予术后检查和相关治疗,而试验组患者同时给予持续颅内压监测,比较不同措施对治疗效果的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组和对照组患者均取得显著治疗效果,但试验组和对照组相比其治疗总有效率更高,而并发症发生率更低(92%,24%vs 60%,64%),两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者术后给予颅内压检测治疗,有助于增加治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,改善预后,值得推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective In order to improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, The value and significance of the research and Discussion on the choice of invasive in-tracranial pressure monitoring in the treatment. Methods Random selection from March 2015 to March 2016, 50 cases of cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group by the method of coin toss 50 cases in each group, The patients all received regu-lar inspection and treatment, And the experimental group were given Intracranial pressure monitoring, To compare the ef-fects of different treatment measures on total effective rate. Results After the study found, experimental group and control group patients achieved significant treatment effect, And the experimental group treatment was more efficient, and the inci-dence of complications was significantly lower than the control group (92%,24%vs 60%,64%), the two groups of patients were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Intracranial pressure monitoring can improve the therapeutic effect and less side effects, it is worth promoting and application.
