颅内压监测在高血压脑出血手术患者中的应用观察

目的：为了提高高血压脑出血手术患者的治疗效果并减少各不良事件的发生率,研究和探讨治疗过程中实施颅内压监测的价值和意义。方法从2015年3月—2016年3月来该院治疗的高血压脑出血手术的患者中随机选取100例作为研究对象,并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组和对照组各50例,入组所有患者均常规给予术后检查和相关治疗,而试验组患者同时给予持续颅内压监测,比较不同措施对治疗效果的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组和对照组患者均取得显著治疗效果,但试验组和对照组相比其治疗总有效率更高,而并发症发生率更低(92%,24%vs 60%,64%),两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者术后给予颅内压检测治疗,有助于增加治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,改善预后,值得推广和应用。
