分析肾衰宁胶囊联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床效果

目的：探讨肾衰宁胶囊联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月134例慢性肾衰竭患者,随机分为联合组和传统组,传统组采用血液透析治疗,联合组加用肾衰宁胶囊,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果联合组血肌酐（357.37±113.24）mol/L,传统组（468.71±15.21）mol/L。两组血肌酐差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论肾衰宁胶囊联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭治疗效果高。

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Chronic Renal Failure Patients Treated with Shen Shuai Ning Capsule Combined with Hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating chronic renal failure with the combination of Shen Shuai Ning capsule and hemodialysis. Methods Group selected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2014 134 cases of chronic renal failure patients, were randomly divided into combined group and traditional group and traditional group by blood dialysis treatment, the combined group and the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenshuaining capsule, compared two groups of patients. Results The combined group of serum creatinine (357.37±113.24) mol/L, the traditional group (468.71± 15.21) mol/L. The difference of serum creatinine between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of treating chronic renal failure with renal failure and chronic renal failure is high.
