妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退对孕期并发症及妊娠结局的影响

目的：分析妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退对孕期并发症及妊娠结局的影响。方法整群选取该院2014年6月—2015年6月接收的95例妊娠合并亚临床甲减孕妇作为观察组，并选取同期95例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。两组孕妇入院后均常规进行产前检查和保健，定期检测血压﹑血糖水平，观察并记录两组孕期并发症情况和妊娠结局。结果观察组妊娠期高血压﹑妊娠期糖尿病发病率分别为12.63%﹑15.79%，显著高于对照组的4.21%﹑6.32%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组早产﹑新生儿窒息﹑低出生体重的发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，流产﹑先天性甲减方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠合并亚临床甲减可增加孕期并发症和不良妊娠结局的风险，临床应注意定期产检，严格防治，以期最大程度改善妊娠结局。

The Effect of Subclinical Hypothyroidism on Pregnancy Complications and Pregnancy Outcome

Objective To analyse the effect of subclinical hypothyroidism on pregnancy complications and pregnancy out-come.Methods Group selection 95 cases of pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism received from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospitalin June were selected as the observation group, and at the same time 95 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.The two groups of pregnant women were treated with routine antenatal examina-tion and health care, regularly receiving blood pressure and glucose level.Pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The incidence rates of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes in the observation group were respectively 12.63%, 15.79%, significantly higher than those of the control group 4.21%, 6.32%, with significant difference statistically(P<0.05).The incidence rates of premature birth, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight, were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between abortion and congenital hypothyroidism statistically(P>0.05). Conclusion The risk of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes can be increased by subclinical hypothyroidism.Therefore, attention should be paied to regular produc-tion inspection and strict control in clinical treatment to improve the outcome of pregnancy to the greatest degree.
