不同口腔修复膜材料对牙种植引导骨再生的效果评价及其机制分析

目的：探究不同口腔修复膜材料对牙种植引导骨再生的临床应用疗效。方法随机选取该院于2015年5月—2016年1月收治的100例牙种植患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组使用海奥口腔修复膜在牙种植中引导骨再生，对照组则使用钛膜引导骨再生。对比观察两组的牙种植成功率和不良反应，比较两组患者1周骨厚度以及植骨厚度。结果观察组患者种植成功率为98.0%，对照组患者种植成功率为60.0%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组发生不良反应有2例(4.0%)，而对照组中发生不良反应的有15例(30.0%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的1周根骨厚度以及植骨厚度显著高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海奥口腔修复膜材料在临床上对于牙种植患者引导骨再生有较好的疗效，种植成功率高，不良反应小且低，并且能促进骨的再生，值得临床广泛运用，惠及广大患者。
