多孔羟基磷灰石血管化实验研究

摘    要:目的加速多孔羟基磷灰石血管化,采用复合血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及内植血管束。方法采用新西兰大白兔为实验对象,将复合VEGF及内植股血管束的多孔羟基磷灰石放在兔的左侧大腿肌群内,不复合VEGF的多孔羟基磷灰石放在对侧进行对照,分别在术后1、2、3个月后处死动物,通过大体观察、墨汁灌注及组织学分析等方法进行观察。结果通过对术后1、2、3个月的观察,多孔羟基磷灰石内单位面积上血管数目增多,但复合血管内皮细胞生长因子和(或)内植血管束的多孔羟基磷灰石的增多在同期较对照组明显。结论复合VEGF及内植血管束能加速多孔羟基磷灰石血血管化。

Abstract:Objective To improve porous hydroxyapatite(HA) vascularization,HA were combined with vessel endothelium growth factor(VEGF) and planted femoral vessel bundle.Methods Nine New Zealand white rabbits were adopted in the study.The HA with VEGF and /or plantation of femoral vessel bundle were placed in left thigh muscles,and the HA without VEGF were placed in right thigh muscle,At 1st、2nd and 3rd month after operation,behavior of the rabbits was observed,then these animals were sacrificed and the specimens were examined by ink irrigation through femoral artery and histological examination.Results At 1st、2nd and 3rd month after operation,the blood vessel number per unit within HA increased,but the HA which were combined with VEGF and/or planted femoral vessel bundle were more evident than one which were not combined with VEGF and/or planted femoral vessel bund.Conclusion The HA vascularization with VEGF and plantation of vessel bundle were sped up.
