宫颈癌术前介入化疗加栓塞18例近期疗效观察

目的探讨Ⅰb2～Ⅱb期宫颈癌术前介入化疗加栓塞的临床效果。方法 18例宫颈癌患者术前采用1个疗程的介入化疗加栓塞之后全部行宫颈癌根治术。通过观察患者病灶大小的改变、化疗毒副反应、术中情况等,评价介入栓塞化疗在宫颈癌治疗中的作用。结果化疗总有效率为94.4%,其中5例完全缓解。化疗副反应较轻,所有患者栓塞化疗后均行广泛性子宫切除术及盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结论宫颈癌的术前介入栓塞化疗能有效地缩小癌块体积,为根治手术创造条件,提高手术的切除率,减小手术风险。

Short-term Curative Effect of Chemotherapyembolization of Cervical Cancer before Operation for 18 Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of chemotherapyembolization on cervical cancer in stage Ⅰb2～Ⅱb.Methods Eighteen patients with cervical cancer were treated with chemotherapyembolization,and then underwent radical surgery in all of them.The effect and safety of chemotherapyembolization in the treatment of cervical cancer were evaluated by the lesion size,toxic side effects and operative status.Results The effective rate of chemotherapyembolization was 94.4% with 5 cases of complete remission.Toxic side effects were weak.After chemotherapyembolization,all of the patients received radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphorectomy.Conclusion Chemotherapyembolization of cervical cancer in stage Ⅰb2～Ⅱb before surgery is a effective treatment in minimizing lesion,reducing risk,raising success rate of surgery.
