| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗系统性红斑狼疮的有效治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院多年来40例系统性红斑狼疮患者，治疗上均给予中药给予益气养血健脾补肾法和西药给予泼尼松联合CTX冲击。结果经过治疗，显效者28例，有效者8例，无效4例，总有效率为90%。结论益气养血健脾补肾中药联合环磷酰胺和肾上腺皮质激素治疗SLE疗效肯定，副作用发生率较小。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus an effective treatment; Methods Review 40 SLE cases with complete medical records. All the patients were treated with CTX pulse therapy, oral prednisone. Results Mter the above treatment, 28 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, and 4 cases ineffective, adding total efficiency to 90%. Conclusion The treatment of Replenishing Qi and Blood,Reinforcing Spleen and Kidney traditional Chinese medicine combined with CTX pulse therapy in SLE has a definite effect, a small maintenance dose of prednisone in stable period, and a lower incidence of side effects than in reports and literatures. |
