腰硬联合麻醉在老年全髋置换术患者的麻醉效果观察

目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉在老年全髋关节置换术患者中的麻醉效果。方法选择该院行髋关节置换的老年患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施腰硬联合麻醉,对照组实施硬膜外麻醉。观察两组患者麻醉起效时间;记录两组患者麻醉阻滞完善时间;记录两组患者麻醉过程中硬膜外用药剂量。记录两组患者手术过程中低血压发生情况。结果观察组麻醉起效时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组麻醉阻滞完善时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组硬膜外用药量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组低血压发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腰硬联合麻醉在老年全髋置换术患者中麻醉效果显著,优于硬膜外麻醉。

The Anesthetic Effect of Combined Spinal-epidural Anesthesia in Elderly Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement

Objective To study the anesthetic effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods Sixty elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement was selected,and randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group received combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, epidural anesthesia was used to the control group. anesthetic onset time, complete anesthesia block time and anesthesia epidural dosage were observed in two groups. hypotension during operation situation was recorded in two groups during anesthesia. Results Anesthetic onset time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;perfect block anesthesia time in observation group was earlier than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05 ）; epidural drug dosage in the observation group was less than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05 ）. The incidence of hypotension in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has significant anesthetic effect in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement,and better than epidural anesthesia.
