阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的 探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应.方法对符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症患者70例随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑及利培酮治疗8周,采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表（PANSS）评价临床疗效,不良反应量表（TESS）评价不良反应.结果 治疗后两组PANSS总分及各因子分减分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.阿立哌唑组有效率为91.43%,利培酮组有效率分94.29%.阿立哌唑和利培酮对精神分裂症均有较好的疗效.阿立哌唑的不良反应较小.结论 两种药物治疗精神分裂症疗效相当,阿立哌唑无明显体重增加、闭经和溢乳等不良反应,较利培酮具有优势,但胃肠反应较多.

A Comparative Study of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of aripiprazone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 70 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia according to CCMD-3 criteria were randomly divided into two groups and were treated with aripiprazole and risperidone for 8 weeks, respectively. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） was used to e- valuate the clinical efficacy, and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） was adopted to assess the side effects. Results After the treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in ~e PANSS scores and each factor scores （P〉0.05）. The effective rate of aripiprazole group was 91.43%, and that of the risperidone group was 94.29%. Both aripiprazole and risperi- done have good effect on schizophrenia, but aripiprazole has less side effects. Conclusion The efficacies of both drugs in the treat- ment of schizophrenia are equivalent. Aripiprazole is superior to risperidone in terms of no side effects of significant weight gain- ing, amenorrhea and galactorrhea, but has more gastrointestinal reactions.
