优质护理服务应用于ICU护理风险的规避作用分析

目的：探讨重症监护室(ICU)护理中应用优质护理服务的风险规避作用。方法整群选取2013年1月—2015年1月该院ICU患者228例，按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组，各114例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施优质护理服务。对比两组的护理风险事件发生率与护理满意度。结果观察组的风险事件发生率为2.63%，相比于对照组的14.91%显著降低(P<0.05)；观察组患者的护理工作满意度为95.61%，显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理中介入优质护理服务有利于提高护理质量，规避护理风险事件，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Avoiding the Nursing Risks in the ICU

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on avoiding the nursing risks in the ICU. Methods 228 cases admitted in the ICU of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 114 cases in each in accordance with the order of admission. The control group were given the conventional nursing, the observation group were given the high-quality nursing based on the conventional nursing. And the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of nursing risk events was much lower in the observation group than that in the control group (2.63% vs 14.91%) (P<0.05). The nurs-ing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (95.61% vs 83.33%) (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing applied to the nursing in the ICU is conducive to improving the quality of nursing and avoiding the incidence of nursing risk events, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
