完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌疗效比较

目的：探析完整结肠系膜切除术(CME)与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的疗效。方法随机选取2010年1月—2014年6月收治的60例结肠癌患者,以手术方法不同将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组给予CME,对照组给予传统根治术,比较两组各临床指标及并发症情况。结果治疗组术中出血量(88.9±10.2)mL、术后排气时间(2.9±0.5)h、淋巴结清除数(25.3±3.2)个与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；治疗组并发症发生率6.67%、复发率3.33%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论结肠癌患者应用CME治疗,效果显著,并发症少,复发几率低,值得应用。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Complete Mesocolic Resection and Tradi-tional Radical Resection in Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

Objective To discuss the curative effect of complete mesocolic resection and traditional radical resection in treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2014 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the different operation methods, the treatment group were treated with CME, the control group were treated with traditional radical resection, the clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, number of lymph node clearance were respectively (88.9±10.2)mL,(2.9±0.5)h and(25.3±3.2), which were dif-ferent from those in the control group, P﹤0.05, the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were respectively 6.67%and 3.33%in the treatment group, which were different from those in the control group, P﹤0.05. Conclusion CME in treat-ment of patients with colorectal cancer has an obvious effect , few complications and low recurrence rate, which is worth promoting.
