后踝固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效

目的：探讨后踝固定手术治疗法应用于踝关节骨折治疗的效果。方法整群该院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的154例踝关节骨折患者随机分为两组，每组77例。对照组给予手法复位和石膏固定，观察组给予后踝固定。对两组骨折优良率、愈合时间、住院时间、并发症情况进行观察。结果观察组优良率为87.0%，显著高于对照组的76.6%(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、并发症率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后踝固定术可有效缩短踝关节骨折患者康复时间，降低并发症的发生。

Clinical Curative Effect of Posterior Malleolar Fixation in Treatment of An-kle Joint Fracture

Objective To discuss the effect of posterior malleolar fixation in treatment of ankle joint fracture. Methods 154 cases of patients with ankle joint fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 77 cases in each, the control group were treated with manual reduction and plaster immobilization, the observation group were treated with posterior malleolar fixation, and the excellent and good rates of frac-ture, cure time, lengths of stay and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, (87.0%vs 76.6%), P<0.05, the fracture cure time, length of stay and complication rate in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Posterior malleolar fixation can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time of patients with ankle joint fracture and reduce the occurrence of complications.
