急性脑卒中早期康复治疗的效果评估报道

目的：研究分析急性脑卒中早期康复治疗的效果。方法随机平分整群选取2013年2月—2015年10月该院治疗的86例急性脑卒中为观察组和对照组，每组43例，对照组予以常规治疗，观察组以此为基础施予早期康复治疗，对比两组疗效。结果治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分均改善，其中较对照组而言，观察组各指标评分改善更为显著(P﹤0.05)。结论应用早期康复治疗急性脑卒中，安全有效，可有效改善患者神经功能以及日常生活能力，建议临床中积极应用。

Report of Effect Evaluation of Early Rehabilitation Treatment for Acute Brain Stroke

Objective To research and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation treatment for acute brain stroke. Methods 86 cases of patients with acute brain stroke treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 were randomly di-vided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group received the conventional treatment, the observation group re-ceived the early rehabilitation treatment on this basis, and the curative effects were compared between the two groups. Re-sults The neurological deficit score and activity daily living score of the two groups after treatment were improved, the im-provement of various indexes in the observation group was more obvious that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Ear-ly rehabilitation treatment for acute brain stroke is safe and effective, which can effectively improve the neurological func-tion and activity daily living of patients, which is suggested to be actively applied in clinic.
