匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响

目的：探讨匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法方便选取2014年6月—2015年1月于该院就诊的小儿反复下呼吸道感染患儿共50例，将患儿按照入院编号随机分为两组，观察组和对照组患儿各25例，采取常规方式来给对照组患儿进行治疗；而对观察组患儿的治疗，则是在对照组的基础之上，再使用匹多莫德进行治疗，两组患儿在接受为期2个月的治疗后，比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果在经过2个月的治疗后，观察组25例患儿的治疗总有效率为92%，要明显优于对照组的52%；两组患儿治疗后，免疫功能的各项指标均得到了有效地改善，且观察组免疫功能的各项指标改善情况明显要比对照组的情况好，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）。结论使用匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染，能够有效的提高患儿治疗效果，减少患儿的呼吸道感染复发次数，且患儿免疫功能的各项指标也得到了明显的改善，具有非常理想的治疗效果，值得在临床上大力推广。

Curative Effect of Pidotimod in Treatment of Repeated Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Children and Effect of It on the Immunologic Function of Children

Objective To discuss the curative effect of pidotimod in treatment of repeated lower respiratory tract infection in children and effect of it on the immunologic function of children. Methods 50 cases of children with repeated lower respira-tory tract infection diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to the admission order, the control group were treated with the conventional method, the observation group were treated with additional pidotimod on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups after 2 months of treatment. Results After 2 months of treatment, the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, (92% vs 52%), the various index-es of immunologic function were effectively improved, and the improvement of various indexes of immunologic function in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the comparison had obvious differences with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion Pidotimod in treatment of repeated lower respiratory tract infection in children can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the recurrence times of respiratory tract infection of children and the various indexes of immunologic function of children are obviously improved, and it has a very ideal treatment effect, which is worth great promotion in clinic.
