全胸腔镜手术治疗肺癌效果观察

目的探讨全胸腔镜手术治疗肺癌的临床效果。方法对深圳市人民医院胸外科在2012年1月—2013年1月间收治的120例全胸腔镜手术治疗肺癌的临床经验总结,目前两种全胸腔镜肺叶切除术方法在笔者科室被常规使用,一种是单向式方法;另一种是和传统开胸肺叶切除处理肺血管相似的＂王氏＂方法,该文将使用两种方法手术的患者进行临床术后对比观察。结果对于不同病人两种手术方法优势及缺点显现不同,其具体观察结果见正文。结论手术操作者不应拘泥于以上两种手术方式,应熟练掌握多种腔镜手术方式,对于不同患者选择最适合其自身的方式进行手术。

Effect Observed of Full-assisted Thoracic Surgery in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

Methods The authors sum up to summarize the clinical experience of the Department of thoracic surgery of Shenzhen People＇s Hospital in 2012 January to 2013 January 120 cases of complete video-assisted thoracoscopic operation in the treatment of lung cancer, at present the routine use of the sections of the two kinds of complete video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy method, is a one-way method, another is the tra- ditional thoracotomy lobectomy with pulmonary vascular similar ＂Wang＂ method, comparative observation of patients using two methods of operation for clinical surgery. Results The advantages and disadvantages of the two surgical methods for different pa- tients show different specific observations see text. Conclusion Surgical operation should not rigidly adhere to these two kinds of surgery, you should master a variety of endoscopic surgical approach, its own way best suited for different patient selection for surgery.
