胃肠道间质瘤的CT诊断

目的分析胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的CT表现特点,探讨CT对该肿瘤的诊断价值。方法收集经手术和病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤16例,术前均行CT平扫及增强扫描检查。结果肿瘤发生于胃部7例,小肠4例,十二指肠2例,肠系膜2例,食管1例。无论良恶性,CT表现15例边界清楚,瘤体内多发囊变坏死10例,无囊变者密度均匀,为软组织密度。肿瘤边缘分叶10例,钙化2例,转移1例。增强：肿瘤中度到明显强化。结论 CT检查对于GIST敏感性高,对肿瘤的良恶性诊断具有较高价值。

CT Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

Objective To investigate the features of gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST） and assess the CT diagnosis of the tumor.Methods Data of 16 cases of GIST examined with CT and contrast enhanced CT confirmed by surgery and pathology were studied retrospectively.Results Of the location of the GIST,7 cases in stomach,4 cases in small intestine,2 cases in duodenum,2 cases in mesentery,1 case in esophagus.No matter the benignancy or malignancy of the tumors were,15 cases of the 16 patients revealed tumors with clear margins.Intra-tumorous necrocis or cystic changes were found in 10 cases and the rests of the tumors showed softtissue density.Tumors with lobulated contour in 10 cases.Tumors with calcification in 2 case and with metastasis in 1cases were demonstrated.On contrast enhanced scans,moderate or marked tumor enhancements were seen.Conclusion CT examination for GIST has high sensitivity,has value for the determination of properties of benign and malignant.
