地衣芽胞杆菌活菌胶囊与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效比较

目的 比较地衣芽胞杆菌活菌胶囊与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效. 方法 整群选取2012年9月—2014年2月在该院儿科住院并确诊为秋季腹泻婴幼儿216例,随机分为2组,地衣芽胞杆菌活菌胶囊组(A组),双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊组(B组),对2组的临床疗效进行比较. 结果 A组大便次数恢复时间、大便性状好转时间、 体温恢复正常时间、 呕吐消失时间和平均住院天数分别为 (2.86±1.66)d、(3.20±1.70)d、(1.77±0.96)d、(2.44±1.17)d、(4.20±1.60)d, 分别与B组比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01);A组总有效率为95.5%,B组总有效率为84.9%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 地衣芽胞杆菌活菌胶囊与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效比较,地衣芽胞杆菌活菌胶囊治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效优于双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,而且可以快速缓解临床症状,疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广和应用.

Comparison of Curative Effect between Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules and Bifid-triple Viable Capsules in the Treatment of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea

Objective To compare the clinical curative effects of bacillus licheniformis capsules and Bifid-triple viable cap-sules in the auxiliary treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 216 cases of infants hospitalized in pediatrics of the hospital from September 2012 to February 2014 and diagnosed with infantile autumn diarrhea were selected and randomly divided into bacillus licheniformis capsules group (group A) and bifid-triple viable capsules group (group B), the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The recovering times of defecation, the improvement time of stool character, the time of temperature recovering normal, the disappearance time of vomiting and the average length of stay in group A were respectively (2.86±1.66)d,(3.20±1.70)d,(1.77±0.96)d,(2.44±1.17)d and (4.20±1.60)d,which were respec-tively different from those in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),the total effective rates in group A and group B were respectively 95.5%and 84.9%, the difference in curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of bacillus licheniformis capsules is better than that of bifid-triple vi-able capsules, which can relieve clinical symptoms quickly with an obvious curative effect and high security and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
