宫颈环绕术治疗孕中期宫颈机能不全的疗效分析

目的 探讨应用宫颈环绕术治疗宫颈机能不全的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取2012年6月—2015年4月经该院确诊的宫颈机能不全者50例,所有患者的孕期均为16~21周,对所有患者采用宫颈环扎术进行治疗,观察并分析临床治疗效果. 结果 所有患者中择期手术组有38例患者,经过手术治疗后获得新生儿35例,治疗有效率92.1%;紧急手术组有12例患者,最终获得新生儿4例,治疗有效率33.3%. 两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 应用宫颈环绕术对宫颈机能不全进行治疗效果明显,手术时机的选择以及对术后感染的及时监控对提高治疗宫颈环扎术的疗效至关重要,正确合理地进行宫颈环绕术不仅可以使并发症得以避免,从而获得良好的治愈以及妊娠结局.

Analysis of Curative Effect of Cerclage of Cervix in Treatment of Cervical Incompetence at Mid-Trimester Pregnancy

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of cerclage of cervix in treatment of cervical incompetence at mid-trimester pregnancy. Methods 50 cases of patients with cervical incompetence confirmed in our hospital from June 2012 to April 2015 were selected , all patients were 16-21 weeks of pregnancy and they were treated with cerclage of cervix, the clinical treatment effect was observed and analyzed. Results There were 38 cases of patients in the selective op-eration, 35 cases of newborns were obtained after treatment , and the effective rate was 92.1%; there were 12 cases of pa-tients in the emergency surgery group, 4 cases of newborns were obtained finally and the effective rate was 33.3%, the dif-ferences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cerclage of cervix in treatment of cervi-cal incompetence has an obvious treatment effect, the choice of operation time and the timely monitoring of postoperative infection are vital to improving the curative effect of cerclage of cervix, the correct and reasonable cerclage of cervix can not only avoid the complications but also can get a good healing and pregnancy outcome.
