曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效探讨

目的 探讨曲美他嗪应用于治疗慢性心衰(CHF)的疗效优势.方法 随机选取该院2011年1月—2014年1月收治入院的100例CHF 患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组给予抗心力衰竭常规治疗,治疗组在上述基础上给予曲美他嗪联合治疗,比较两组治疗前后心功能情况. 结果 观察组心功能治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.186,P=0.010);经6 个月的治疗后LVEF、LVESD 以及LVEDD 改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 曲美他嗪应用于CHF 的治疗,能够改善患者心功能,值得临床推广.

Curative Effect Observation on Trimetazidine in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To study the curative effect advantages of trimetazidine in treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 100 cases of patients with CHF treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected and di-vided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group received routine treatment, the treatment group received addi-tional trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group, the heart function conditions before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group and the difference was obvious (χ2=9.186,P=0.010);after 6 months of treatment, the improvement degree of LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine in treatment of chronic heart failure can improve the patient's heart function, which is worth promoting in clinic.
