射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床探讨

目的 探讨射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果. 方法 整群选择2014年2月—2015年2月该院收治的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组采用射频热凝术治疗,观察组采用射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术治疗,比较两组患者疼痛程度、直腿抬高角度.结果 观察组VAS评分(2.89±0.76) 明显低于对照组(3.98±0.68)(t=7.909, P<0.05);直腿抬高角度(78.42±4.42)明显高于对照组(71.64±3.98)(t=7.561,P<0.05). 结论 射频热凝术联合臭氧消融术有助于缓解患者疼痛程度,增加直腿抬高角度,提高治疗效果.

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation Combined with Ozone Ablation in the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar In-tervertebral Disc

Objective To study the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 88 cases with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each. Both groups were given radiofrequency thermocoagulation, in addition, the observation group were given o-zone ablation therapy. The pain degree, and straight leg raising angle were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.89±0.76) vs(3.98±0.68)](t=7.909, P<0.05). The straight leg raising angle of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.42±4.42) vs (71.64±3.98)](t=7.561,P<0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone abla-tion help to ease the pain degree, increase the straight leg raising angle and improve the therapeutic effect.
