探讨胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的影响因素

目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的影响因素. 方法 整群选取回顾性分析2012年6月—2014年6月期间,该院收治的58例胫骨平台骨折手术患者的临床资料,对影响胫骨骨折手术临床效果的因素进行logistic分析. 结果 从结果上看,术后并发症、术后康复、骨折类型以及手术复位情况是影响胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的独立危险因素;58例胫骨平台手术患者手术疗效如下:优20例、良18例、中17例、差3例,优良率为65.52%. 从结果上看,术后并发症、术后康复、骨折类型以及手术复位情况是影响胫骨平台骨折手术疗效的独立危险因素.结论 在胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗中,应充分重视术后并发症、术后康复、骨折类型以及骨折复位等因素对治疗效果的影响.

Analysis on Influence Factors of the Operative Curative Effect of Fractures of the Tibial Plateau

Objective To discuss the influence factors of the operative curative effect of fractures of the tibial plateau. Methods The clinical materials of 58 cases of patients with the operation of fractures of the tibial plateau treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and the factors influencing the operative clinical effect of tibia fracture were given logistic analysis. Results The results showed that postoperative complications, postoperative re-habilitation, classification of fracture and operative reset condition were the independent risk factors which influenced the operative curative effect of fractures of the tibial plateau, the curative effect of 58 cases with the operation of fractures of the tibial plateau was as follows: excellent in 20 cases, good in 18 cases, fair in 17 cases, poor in 3 cases and the excellent and good rate was 65.52%.From the results, postoperative complications, postoperative recovery, fracture type and surgical reduction are the independent risk factors for the surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Conclusion In the operation of fractures of the tibial plateau, we should attach much importance to the influence of factors of postoperative complica-tions, postoperative rehabilitation, classification of fracture and fracture reset on the treatment effects.
