微创手术治疗脊柱创伤患者的临床疗效分析

目的 分析微创手术治疗脊柱创伤患者的临床疗效. 方法 回顾性分析2013年1月—2015年6月于该院诊治的120例脊柱创伤患者临床资料,按照治疗时不同手术方案分为两组,对照组行传统开放手术患者54例,研究组行微创手术治疗患者66例,对比两组临床具体治疗情况.结果 研究组手术时间(122.47±6.74)min、术后活动时间(38.96± 10.39)h与住院时间(8.44±3.25)d显著短于对照组(174.85±11.36)min、(56.98±12.47)h、(14.59±4.47)d,出血量少于对照组,同时VAS(1.99±0.96)分、NRS(2.04±0.70)分低于对照组(5.41±0.85)分、(5.55±0.74)分,并发症总发生率未超过10.00%,显著低于对照组20.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 微创手术治疗脊柱创伤患者的临床疗效显著,具实际应用价值.

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treat-ment of Patients with Spine Trauma

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive surgery in treatment of patients with spine trauma. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of patients with spine trauma treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the different surgical plans, the control group (54 cases) received the traditional open surgery, the research group(66 cases) received the minimally invasive surgery, the specific treatment conditions in clinic of the two groups were compared. Results The surgical time, postopera-tive activity time and length of stay in the research group were obviously less than those in the control group (122.47±6.74) min vs(174.85±11.36)min, (38.96±10.39)h vs(56.98±12.47)h, (8.44±3.25)d vs(14.59±4.47)d, the blood loss in the re-search group was less than that in the control group, at the same time, the VAS score and NRS score were lower than those in the control group (1.99 ±0.96)score vs (5.41 ±0.85)score, (2.04 ±0.70)score vs (5.55 ±0.74)score, the total incidence of complications in the research group was not more than 10.00%, which was obviously lower than that (20.37%)in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in treatment of pa-tients with spine trauma has an obvious clinical curative effect, and it is of actual application value.
